Today’s Good News
Thanks to First Precinct Officer Tori Wilson’s good knowledge of his sector
and the people in it, detectives were recently able to identify a juvenile
wanted for stealing a taxi cab. Detective
David Cuffley had a photo of the suspect, but wasn’t able to identify him
until Officer Wilson recognized him from previous encounters he’d had with the
juvenile in his sector. After he recognized the offender, Officer Wilson then
obtained a better photo of the suspect--who is also wanted for several other
vehicle thefts--for the detective, who was then able to obtain warrants and
remove the offender from the streets. Good job!
