Today’s Good News

Thanks to an observant citizen and speedy Third Precinct officers, four people who broke into a home on Boulder Creek Road recently were arrested within minutes of the crime! Officer Keri Buyalos interviewed the witness and relayed the suspects’ descriptions and their last known direction of travel. Officers Roger Yutzey and Thomas Obenrader spotted a group matching that description in a nearby alley and detained them until the witness arrived and identified them as the burglars. With the assistance of Detective Greg Sullivan, a further search and investigation revealed several of the stolen items in the burglars’ bags. All four were then charged with burglary. Good work officers!
