Today’s Good News
Thanks to the hard work of Third Precinct Detective Bill Cutshall
and the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task
Force,
a man wanted for breaking into nearly 30 vehicles in the city and county has
been arrested and charged. Detective Cutshall culled information from several
sources to identify the thief and connect him to at least nine car break-ins in
the city and additional charges are pending. The Task Force then sought out the
offender and took him into custody without incident. The offender was then
served with 23 warrants out of Chesterfield County in addition to the city
crimes. While officers are proud to remove this offender from the streets, they
would also like to remind citizens to please lock their vehicles and to never
leave anything of value in their cars. Good work officers!
