Today’s Good News
An
elderly woman recently wrote to thank and commend Third Precinct Sergeant Gary Borges for his kindness to her when
her husband died suddenly. “I just want to thank you for being such a
wonderful, caring person. I was in a state of shock and probably still am, but
your caring for this stranger who was in the depths of despair came through to
me,” she wrote. “I will always be grateful for that. Richmond Police should
have more officers like you. Thank you. May God bless you and keep you safe.”
