Today’s Good News
Thanks to the speedy response of several Fourth Precinct Officers, a man who
robbed a woman at gunpoint was arrested within minutes of the crime! Officer Shatara Brown was flagged down
by the victim on Chamberlayne Avenue and after gathering the robber’s
description, she quickly broadcast it to officers in the area. Those officers
flooded the area where the robber was last seen running and quickly spotted a
man matching his description. They detained him and the victim identified him
as the man who robbed her. With the assistance of Officers Naitraj David, Willie O’Neil and several others, the man
was charged with robbery. Good work officers!
