Today’s Good News
After a man and woman were recently robbed on
the Southside, coordinated efforts by Second
Precinct officers quickly resulted in the robber’s arrest. Second Precinct Officer Kurtis Jinks
interviewed the victim and broadcast the suspect’s descriptions, including
their getaway vehicle. Minutes later, Second
Precinct Focus Mission Team officers and detectives spotted a vehicle
matching that description a few streets away. They detained the individuals
inside and with the assistance of Detective
Patrick Brady, the robber was identified, arrested and charged. Good work
all!
