Today’s Good News
Second
Precinct Officer Erica Hall was on routine patrol recently when noticed two
men pushing a Supercan through an alley. When the two men saw her,
however, they immediately took off running. Officer Hall gave chase and caught
one of them. After backup arrived, Officer Hall returned to the alley to
investigate further and found the Supercan full of stolen car batteries. With
the assistance of Detective Pedro Riddle,
they identified the individual and charged him with a warrant already on file
as well as crimes related to these thefts. They were also able to return
several of the stolen car batteries to their rightful owners. Good work!
