Today’s Good News
Kudos to Officer Devin Marks who was named Third Precinct’s Officer of the Month
for November! From
dealing with issues of domestic violence to narcotics seizures to finding
wanted persons, Officer Marks works hard to keep the community safe. During the
month of November alone, he made a significant arrest of an offender who he
witnessed assault a woman.
He also used his superior problem solving
and observation skills on several occasions to combat drug dealing, one of
which resulted in the seizure of cash, cocaine, oxycodone and nearly 2.5 pounds
of marijuana! Officer Marks also leads by example, facilitating eight hotel
interdiction operations and three sector warrant sweeps last month. Thank you,
