Today’s Good News
Sometimes officers
are just in the right place at the right time. That was the case recently for Third
Precinct Lt. Erlan Marshall who was working at an off-duty job on Jefferson
Davis Highway when he heard an altercation on the other side of the street.
When he went to investigate, he saw two men fighting and one man flee the scene
on a bicycle. The second man yelled that he had just been robbed and Lt.
Marshall gave chase, quickly catching the thief and charging him with robbery.
Good work Lt. Marshall!
