Today’s Good News
Thanks to the fast
response of several Third Precinct officers recently, a man who robbed
an elderly woman at knifepoint was quickly found and arrested. Officer
Matthew Sacksteder was the first officer on scene and he quickly broadcast
the suspect’s description while officers searched the area. Sgt. Danny
Rhodenizer spotted a man matching the description and detained him. After
further investigation by Detective Patrick Ripley, the man was
identified and charged with robbery. Good work officers!
