employee from Richmond Behavioral Health
Authority recently emailed to commend Fourth
Precinct Officers Raymond Misegades and Cleavester Ferrell for their
assistance with hospitalizing a client last week. “Officers Misegades and
Ferrell were absolutely amazing with our client and really worked hard to calm
her and keep her cooperative,” the employee wrote.
“Officer
Ferrell even read her poetry notebook and talked with her at length, praising
her for using coping skills and encouraging her to be safe. Please share this
with their superior so they can be made aware of their excellent work.” Thank
you officers!
