Today’s Good News
During
a recent breakfast with the Department’s Faith Leaders Partnership, a citizen
captured Neighborhood Watch Officer Paul
Lewis in the middle of this kind act. The woman, who is blind, was dropped
off by a citizen and Officer Lewis immediately went to assist her in safely
crossing the street and entering the Training Academy. Though it may be a
simple deed, Officer Lewis’s kindness stuck in this citizen’s mind and he
wanted to let us know just how thoughtful Officer Lewis had been. Thank you,
Officer Lewis, for making us proud, and thank you, citizen, for sharing this
with us!
