April 15 - April 16, 2014

DAILY CRIME REPORT

April 15 – April 16, 2014

Today’s Good News
Thanks to the quick response and keen eyes of several Fourth Precinct officers on Friday, a teen who broke into a vehicle and stole a laptop was quickly found and arrested. Officer Keith Yox was the first officer on scene at 3rd and Jackson streets and observed the possible suspect walking with another person. He approached the pair, but they took off running. They didn’t get far, though, because Master Patrol Officer Al Joyner and Officer Lloyd Boothe spotted and caught one of the individuals a few blocks away. With the assistance of Detective Patrick Mansfield, the suspect was interviewed and charged with grand larceny. Good work officers!
