Today’s Good News
Second Precinct
Officer Jean Therency recently responded to investigate a report of two men
breaking into a home on Dundee Avenue and quickly detained two suspects. As he
approached the residence, Officer Therency detained one man matching the
suspect description. A second man took off running, but Officer Kurtis Jinks spotted him and took him into custody. After
further investigation by Detective Jorge
Thondique, Detective Sergeant Sean Adams and Sergeant Michael Pullen Sr., they
determined nothing had been taken, one man was released and the second man was
charged with possession of burglary tools. Good work officers!
