A man recently wrote to commend bicycle Officers Jonathan Davis and Stacy Rogers “for their diligent efforts in keeping the James River Park System safe.” The man wrote, “My family and many others appreciate you keeping the peace in this wonderful part of our city.” Additionally, the man said he and his family are frequent visitors to the park and that the officers provide a safe environment for families.
