June 27 – June 28, 2013

Today’s Good News
Criminals take note: You can try, but you can’t outsmart Richmond Police. Fourth Precinct Officer Donnie Watkins is a great example of this. When vagrants noticed Officer Watkins on patrol recently they hastily threw their beer cans down a storm drain in order to avoid arrest. They were pretty proud of their actions till Officer Watkins handed them each a summons for littering. Thank you for being so observant Officer Watkins and working to address quality of life issues for residents and business owners!
