Today’s Good News

It’s not always the major crimes or the big events that bring police officers and citizens together. For one man recently, it was the small, but incredibly inconvenient act of having a large tree branch fall on his car in the Fan. “I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly someone arrived. Third Precinct Officer Michael Lockard was very courteous and professional and called last night to get some follow-up information. He told me the report would be submitted today,” the man wrote. “By the way, RPD Officer Lockard is a good guy.”
