Today’s Good News
Thanks to the observant eyes and quick response by
two Fourth Precinct officers, a man breaking into vehicles was quickly
arrested. Officers Donnie Watkins was the first officer on scene when
the victim called to report a man breaking into his car on North 7th
Street. After Officer Watkins broadcast the suspect’s description, Officer Tanekia
Owens-Turner recognized the suspect as the man she had just driven past.
She and Officer Watkins immediately drove back to the area and arrested the
man. Good work officers!
