Today’s Good News
A woman recently emailed to thank the Department for
the increase in officers patrolling on bicycles. “This evening I was on Jahnke Road when I saw
all the police officers on bikes. I love this and I want to thank all of
them so much! I am so pleased with this new and forward thinking approach
to police paroling and community interaction,” she wrote. “I hope this be a
regular thing for the Westover Gardens
neighborhood! Things have improved greatly in the last two years in our area
and I feel this is because of the police and public working together to
identify and correct problem issues. Please make sure you thank those officers
for all of us!”
