June 21 – June 22, 2012

Today’s Good News
Second Precinct Officer Greg Boyles recently responded to Hull Street Road to investigate an assault. After speaking with the victim and gathering the two suspects’ descriptions, Officer Boyles immediately recognized the offenders from seeing them earlier that evening. He directed officers to one offender’s possible location and Officers Jonathan Myers and Danielle Warren spotted and detained the offender. Officer Kurtis Jinks and Sgt. John Barkley found and detained the second offender. With the assistance of Officer Christopher Meade and Det. Mark Hatchett, the victim identified both men and each was charged with aggravated assault. Good teamwork Second Precinct!
