Today’s Good News

Third Precinct Focus Mission Team Officers Demetrium Melton and Elmer Fernandez recently stopped a vehicle in the 1500 block of Newell Road. After investigating further, they arrested one person for possession of a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, eluding police and having two active warrants for failing to appear for court. They also seized two stolen semi-automatic firearms.

An unknown person(s) broke into the vehicle and stole several items.
