March 20 – March 21, 2013

Today’s Good News

Second Precinct Detective Michael Spinos recently stopped to speak with two men in Hillside Court, but became curious after one of the men gave his alleged date of birth yet didn't know how old he was. As Officer Spinos investigated further, the man admitted he lied and gave his real identity, which resulted in his arrest for trespassing, providing false information and four outstanding warrants for attempted murder, probation violation and two firearm charges related to being a convicted felon. Other officers had been searching for the man for a while in connection to several crimes on the Southside. Good work Officer Spinos!
