Today’s Good News

A citizen recently emailed to commend Fourth Precinct Officers Jessica Drasher, Paul Gaines and Justin Bauwens for the professional way they handled a call regarding a mentally-ill person. “They were all professional, helped our friend calm down, talked to him and kept him occupied and safe until RBHA staff arrived,” the citizen wrote. “When the time came to hospitalize our friend, the officers treated him with respect and humanity when handcuffing him for transportation for treatment. These are three exceptional officers.”
