Third Precinct Officers Michael Kiniry and Gary Venable recently conducted a short-term investigation of illegal street-level drug distribution in the Fan neighborhood. They were able to identify a suspect who was responsible for distributing large amounts of marijuana. During their investigation, they stopped the suspect driving a vehicle in the 100 block of
