Carol Adams, who greeted him promptly when he came to Police Headquarters. “I was impressed on how friendly and quick she was able to help me with my needs, even though she looked to be busy at the moment,” he wrote. “Thank you Richmond Police Department for being so courteous and keep up the good work!”
