Fourth Precinct Officers Michael DiSalvo and Steve Rawlings recently responded to investigate a burglary and theft of a bicycle. The victim spotted a man riding his bicycle on East Broad Street at night and called police. Officer DiSalvo stopped the possible thief walking on the street and with the assistance of Officer Rawlings, the man admitted to stealing the bike and told the officers he had hidden it nearby. The man was charged with burglary and the bicycle returned to its owner. Good work officers!
