Today’s Good News
First Precinct Officer Rey
Perez was
recently patrolling on foot on Phaup Street when he observed two men riding
scooters he believed were stolen. As he engaged them in conversation, he
noticed their nervousness, lack of helmets and that both scooters appeared to
be hotwired before the men suddenly took off. Officer Perez called for backup
and though one man got away, the second man was arrested by Richmond Redevelopment and Housing
Authority Police Officers Emmanuel Spann and Jason Butler. Good work
everyone!
