Today’s Good News

First Precinct Officer Matthew Robinson recently responded to Hull Street for a report of an attempted robbery. Officer Robinson broadcast the suspects’ descriptions and Officers William Shipman and Michael Polley spotted one of the men nearby and gave chase when he ran. The man ran back toward Officer Robinson, who caught and arrested him without incident. After being interviewed by Detectives Kevin Hughes and Dana Brereton, the man was charged with attempted robbery and trespassing. Good teamwork!
