Today’s Good News

First Precinct Officer Daniel Burgess recently responded to East Main Street to investigate and assault and robbery. He interviewed the victim and broadcast the suspect’s description. Lt. Ronnie Armstead and Sgt. Darrell Goins spotted the man running in an alley nearby and quickly arrested him. After Det. Dana Brereton interviewed witnesses and the victim, she charged the suspected with robbery, aggravated assault and possession of marijuana. Good work!
