Today’s Good News
First Precinct Focus Mission Team officers were recently patrolling an area on North 35th
Street that had received numerous complaints for drug trafficking and nuisance
complaints when Officer Harry
Fitzpatrick spotted a known wanted person. The person was wanted for
several crimes and had an indictment on file for burglary. As Officer Fitzpatrick and Officer Kenneth Custer approached the
man and attempted to arrest him, he ran, but was quickly caught. During the
incident, the officers also found two bags containing drugs on the man’s
person. Officer Fitzpatrick’s keen eye and knowledge of wanted persons in
Sector 111 has greatly helped to reduce crimes in several neighborhoods. Good
work!
