Today’s Good News

After three men were robbed at gunpoint in close proximity to each other within an hour recently, First Precinct officers quickly circulated the area. Officer Brian Parker spotted and stopped the suspects’ vehicle at North 26th Street and Fairfield Avenue. With the assistance of other officers and detectives, the men were arrested and charged with several counts of armed robbery. The investigation is ongoing and investigators hope the arrests may solve other crimes as well.
