Safety Tip from the Richmond Police Department: Break up your boxes before placing them outside for curbside pickup. Cut the boxes and tie them inside out so others cannot determine what holiday gifts may be in your home. You can also wait until the collection truck is pulling up to your home or take the boxes directly to the recycling center.
