Today’s Good News

Fourth Precinct Sgt. David Naoroz, Sgt. Jean-Guy LeGouffe and Officer Jill Simons were the first officers on scene last night at a midnight house fire on Edgehill Avenue. The trio entered the smoke-filled house several times trying to rescue an elderly resident. Once firefighters arrived, they were able to work together to remove her safely from the burning home.

An unknown person broke into the vehicle and stole the car stereo’s amplifier.
