Today’s Good News

Third Precinct Officer Blake Letchford recently attempted to stop a vehicle for disregarding a stop sign at Oakhurst and Glendale. The car stopped nearby and as Officer Letchford handcuffed the driver, he ran away. Officer Letchford quickly gave chase and caught the driver a short distance away. The man was charged with DUI, escape without force, driving on a suspended license and disregarding a stop sign.

A male reported he was assaulted by a known male.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY

100 block of East Broad Street

A male reported three unknown males tried to rob him at gunpoint.
