A woman recently wrote to commend Third Precinct Detective William Cutshall for his work. “I am writing to report a big thank you to Detective Cutshall for his prompt and very thorough investigation. He was very responsive to me as I followed up on this case on behalf of my agency,” she wrote. “His work is very appreciated.”
