Fourth Precinct Officer Thomas Neale was recently recognized for his proactive work fighting criminal activity in Sector 413. “He went above and beyond to identify and address known criminal activity while also using creative strategies that have had ongoing positive impact in reducing crime,” the officer wrote. “His dedication is greatly appreciated by his supervisors and the community as a whole.”
