Thanks to the following Department employees who took time out of their schedules, Richmond Police officers are better trained because of the variety of importance contributions they made to the Department’s annual training. Kudos to Capt. Jimmy Horn, Capt. Scott Booth, Capt. Sybil El-Amin, Scott Chase, Brenda West, Larquel Way-Weaver, Sgt. Charles Bishop, Detective Benjamin Toderico and Officer Kurt New.
