Today’s Good News
Third Precinct Officer Kelly Morley recently received information that a wanted suspect was in the area of the 2700 of West Main Street. She and other officers circulated the area and located the suspect right where the tipster said he would be. As a result, the suspect was taken into custody without incident and served with two warrants; one for possession of marijuana and another for possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.

A male reported he was robbed by two unknown males.

A teenage female reported she was robbed by a known male.

1700 block of Broad Rock Boulevard
A male reported he was robbed at gunpoint by a known male.

1700 block of Blair Street
A male reported three unknown males tried to rob him at gunpoint.

2nd Precinct

237 E. Belt Blvd.
A clerk reported several unknown males robbed the Chevron convenience store at knifepoint. Two arrests were made.

Unknown person(s) broke into the business and stole yard aluminum.

Unknown person(s) entered the residence, damaged the door and stole air conditioner units and copper.

4th Precinct
BURGLARY

5/5/10 – 5/6/10 6:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
3107 Letcher Ave.
A known person stole copper pipes and electrical wires from the residence.
