Fourth Precinct Officers
Michael DiSalvo and Steve Rawlings recently responded to investigate a burglary and
theft of a bicycle. The victim spotted a man riding his bicycle on East Broad
Street at night and called police. Officer DiSalvo stopped the possible thief
walking on the street and with the assistance of Officer Rawlings, the man
admitted to stealing the bike and told the officers he had hidden it nearby.
The man was charged with burglary and the bicycle returned to its owner. Good
work officers!
