Today’s Good News
Thanks to the hard work of several Third Precinct officers, a career criminal responsible for breaking into numerous vehicles has been removed from city streets. Officer Stacy Rogers took the lead and assisted Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Caitlin Kelly in presenting a case that resulted in the thief receiving eight years of previously suspended prison time!
“It is absolutely attributable to Officer Rogers’ dogged commitment on behalf of the residents of Sector 312 that we achieved such a stellar result,” Kelly said. “His diligent attention not only to the offender’s activities while he was out of jail, but the fact that he has steadfastly followed through and kept up with the prosecutions is THE reason this man will be off the street for the better part of the next decade. Officer Rogers should be commended for his efforts. He has really done something special for the residents of 312.”
