Today’s Good News
Thanks to the good observation skills of Fourth Precinct Officers Nicholas Stirrett and Jessica Burlingham another drug dealer was taken off the streets. The two officers were patrolling the area of West Marshall Street recently when they observed some suspicious activity taking place. They decided to approach and speak with the residence to learn more. Once the door was opened, they smelled a strong odor of marijuana. Officers Stirrett and Burlingham worked together to quickly secure the residence and obtain a search warrant. Once inside, they recovered a pound of marijuana, packaging paraphernalia and $700 in cash. The occupant was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Great work officers!
