The public is invited to attend the Richmond Police Department’s promotional ceremony of eight talented officers to the ranks of sergeant, lieutenant and captain at 1 p.m. today at the Richmond Police Training Academy, 1202 W. Graham Road. Chief Bryan T. Norwood is proud to promote John O’Kleasky to captain; Jeremy Sayles and Lewis Mills to lieutenant; and Kelly O’Connell, Kimberly Mooney, Kenneth Peterson, James Hale and Thomas O’Dell to sergeant. Congratulations all!
