A Department captain emailed to compliment Communications Officer Robin Pierce for her handling of the earthquake incident on Channel 4 at the Department’s 911 Center. “I would like to commend the dispatcher on who handled the earthquake event. She was extremely professional, calm and most efficient! What an incredible job of multitasking she did!”
