Today’s Good News
Fourth Precinct Officers Karen Brown and Matthew Stella were recently patrolling in North Highland Park when they spotted a man driving a scooter without eye protection or a helmet and tried to stop him. The driver stopped and tried to run away, but with the help of Officer Bryan Galapon, the officers caught and arrested the man, charging him with several crimes, including possession of a stolen scooter.
