Today’s Good News
First Precinct Officers Michael Robinson and Michael Ahnstrom recently responded to investigate the robbery of a man trying to sell his vehicle, but the robber didn’t get far thanks to their quick response and the detective’s good investigation. During the test ride, the robber pulled out a gun and robbed the victim of cash before escaping in a second vehicle. But Officer Robinson spotted the second vehicle a few streets away and arrested one of the men inside. With the assistance and further investigation by Detective Adrian Partain, that man was charged with robbery and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and the second offender was later identified and charged. Good work everyone!
