Today’s Good News
A woman recently wrote to
commend Fourth Precinct Officer Jill
Simons for her assistance during a recent car accident. “Officer Simons was
kind, compassionate and reassuring, and just made me feel so much better about everything,”
the woman wrote.
“Her friendly disposition
and her ability to help calm and reassure people with her kind manner is a huge asset and I hope she is
appreciated by her superiors and fellow officers. It meant so much to me to
have a compassionate and kind – and professional and efficient – policeperson
there to handle the situation that day. Officer Simons did a fine job and
I think it’s important that excellent service be acknowledged and praised.”
