A man recently wrote to commend Sgt. Shane Waite, Officer Chelsea Ferguson, Officer Deane Waite and Officer Paul Cline for their presentation at the Crisis Intervention Team International Conference. “Following the presentation I received numerous compliments from people who saw the presentation or from others who had simply heard about it. They described it as smooth, professional, polished, entertaining and informative. Excellent ratings dominated the written feedback from the attendees. This was an exceptional result given that this was the first such formal presentation done by this team.”
