A man recently e-mailed to thank Third Precinct Officers Jose Marte, Heather Truong and Steven Fields for how they handled a domestic dispute at his home early one morning. "I was SO IMPRESSED with the three officers who showed up and took care of the situation," he wrote. "I was amazed at how well they handled everything. Obviously everything went well so I credit them."
